One guy's take on the web, programming, cigars, politics, Philadelphia, and whatever else comes to mind.

Purchased At:Holt's Cigar Company
Tastes:leather,spicy
Notes:

I bought this as part of Holt's Cigar Nut Party Pack. It's a good deal when you factor in all of the cigars.

But on to this one.

I remember liking the La Aroma de Cuba the last time I had it. I also distinctly remember it not being the type of cigar I usually like. I was right on both accounts.

It's leathery and spicy, but somehow, it just works for me in this cigar.

The draw was good, but a little to tight to be perfect. Likewise the burn was good, but not perfect.

The cost was hidden to me in the whole special deal, so I figured my value by using the Holt's single cigar price. At that price it's close to worth it, but not a great value.
