Wisdom Teeth
I had my wisdom teeth taken out today. I got to keep one. Look at that thing. It's huge, and there was four of them in there. Jesus, no wonder why they hurt. On a scary note, I woke up during the procedure. I heard the doctor ask for a chisel, and felt him whacking it into my jaw. I didn't feel a thing though, gotta love modern medicine.
In that same vein, I've been prescribed oxycodone. I can't believe the difference it makes. I go from having my jaw on fire, to being extremely comfortable. I can see why people get addicted to the stuff, I can't imagine what it would feel like it to take it without a hole in my jaw.
I promise to not go all Rush Limbaugh on it.

I just got mine taken out a few hours ago and I couldn't believe how easy it was. I heard horror stories so I was really scared. The doctor suggested only taking two out, but I just told him to take them all out. The hardest part for me was getting the needles in to get numb, the novacaine. I was awake the whole time but didn't feel it when the dentist was pulling my teeth out. You are lucky, I asked to keep my teeth and he wouldn't let me because they are "biohazardous." I was prescribed Oxycodone as well, and its AWESOME!
I'm only 13 and im getting them out in a month but I'll be 14 then there all impacted but Im getting completely knocked out so...
I get vicodin
