Squidhead is an application generator for ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL that uses database introspection and Stored Procedures to scaffold CRUD an application.
Additionally with it's new "Steps" feature it can be easily extended to do other development tasks, including building unit tests, creating Ant build files, and others.
Squidhead was designed to be a "gateway drug" of sorts for Coldfusion frameworks for shops where stored procedures were mandated, and therefore other frameworks are not as easy to adopt. Version 2 ups the ante by trying to hook people on Unit testing, and Ant.
It was developed by Terrence Ryan for use at the Wharton School, and is available as Open Source under the Apache License.
