What should I mix?

An early wedding gift arrived today - a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I've wanted this for a really, really long time. I'm excited to have it.

I started out with making cookies - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, to be precise. They are quite good, but in a small batch that didn't really use the mixer to its full potential (I only have one cookie sheet, so lots of cookies is problematic). Plus, we've made these cookies a couple of times recently with the hand mixer.

What should I mix up next? I must do more mixing! I feel like an artist with a blank canvas and no idea of what to paint. Bread? Pizza dough? Cake? Frosting? Lemon Meringue Pie? Help me decide!

All Prettied Up

Terry spruced up my blog's design, so that it isn't so boring anymore. It's still Doink, only better - with DOTS! Yay, dots! Isn't it awesome?
