What should I mix?

mixer.jpg An early wedding gift arrived today - a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I've wanted this for a really, really long time. I'm excited to have it.

I started out with making cookies - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, to be precise. They are quite good, but in a small batch that didn't really use the mixer to its full potential (I only have one cookie sheet, so lots of cookies is problematic). Plus, we've made these cookies a couple of times recently with the hand mixer.

What should I mix up next? I must do more mixing! I feel like an artist with a blank canvas and no idea of what to paint. Bread? Pizza dough? Cake? Frosting? Lemon Meringue Pie? Help me decide!
