I made Good Eats

We were watching Good Eats last weekend when I decided that a Cheese Souffle looked really tasty. That night, we got a cassarole dish, that while not really a souffle, looks like one if you don't look too closely.
Tuesday night, I made the Cheese Souffle. I still had the episode on my TiVo, so I watched it again and let it run while I was cooking, so I could hear Alton Brown's tips that didn't make it into the recipie online, like working with cold egg yolks, but room temperature whites.
The souffle was delicious. It turned out perfectly. Terry and I ate it for dinner without even giving it time to set properly, because the whole house had smelled wonderful for a half hour and we couldn't wait any more. Going back for seconds, the texture was more solid, so it was even better.
I think this is going to go into the dinner rotation. I may even look for other recipies and variations. And I definitely have to try out more Good Eats recipies!
